Return and Refund Policy
Prestige & Time offers a 14-day return policy starting from the date of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
Customers must first contact contact@prestigeandtime.com to initiate a return.
If the return is accepted, a return label and detailed instructions will be provided by email.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Prestige & Time will issue a refund within 10 business days using the original method of payment.
Please note that additional processing time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
