If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.

Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Prestige & Time is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sales and purchases made through our Store are conducted directly with Prestige & Time.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Prestige & Time, including any damage, loss, or claim related to products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your transactions with Prestige & Time.
