Order Processing and Shipping Times
Every order placed with Prestige & Time is handled with the utmost care and attention.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the watch’s availability and the specific quality control procedures required before dispatch.

In-Stock Watches (Ready to Ship):
For watches already inspected and available in our facilities, orders placed before 4:00 PM CET (Paris time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. -
Watches Requiring Special Preparation:
Some timepieces may require an additional comprehensive quality check, a light servicing, or bracelet adjustment prior to shipment.
In such cases, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days to ensure your watch arrives in impeccable condition.
The estimated delivery time will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification once your watch has left our facilities.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We exclusively work with reputable carriers specializing in the transport of high-value goods.
Each shipment is designed to provide maximum security and full traceability.

Secure and Insured Delivery:

Cost: Delivery is complimentary for all orders within mainland France, unless additional insurance fees apply for watches valued above €1,000.

For international deliveries, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.

Carriers: We partner with trusted logistics providers such as DHL Express and FedEx Express, known for their reliability and speed.

Signature upon Delivery: Depending on the circumstances and customer request, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that an adult is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number.

Receiving Your Order
Your peace of mind is our top priority.

Immediate Inspection: Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the packaging carefully.
If the parcel shows signs of damage, tampering, or alteration, please inform the courier immediately and, if possible, refuse delivery or make detailed written reservations on the delivery note.
We advise taking photos of the packaging before opening it. -
Reporting an Issue:
If any damage, missing items, or discrepancies are discovered after opening the package, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt.
The sooner we are informed, the faster we can take appropriate action. -
Full Insurance:
Every shipment is fully insured by Prestige & Time until the watch is successfully delivered and signed for by the recipient.
In-Person Collection (By Appointment)
If you prefer, you may also collect your order in person at one of our partner locations in Paris, Lyon, or Lille.
